1. How long my order will take to arrive?
We use Pos Laju and it only takes 1 working day to arrive provided address is located in town (near HQ branch), otherwise your order will arriving in 2-3 working days. We will only sends via a receipted delivery so please make sure you are sending your order to an address where someone will be there to collect within working hours. If no one is there to collect your item then the courier service will leave a notice so that you can arrange to collect your parcel at nearest Pos Laju branch.
2. Can i ship to overseas address?
Yes we do ship to overseas address and payment accepted via Paypal. We use Pos Malaysia and postage is depending on the weight of the parcel. To calculate the estimated postage kindly visit this link:
3. Has my order been shipped out yet and how can i track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched from our shop, you will be sent an email with tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number by visiting this link:
4. I have received a faulty item?
We aim to provide you with quality products and service at all times, however if you have purchased an item from us and believe it to be faulty, please sent an email and notify us of the faulty garment within 7 days of receipt of your order.
5. Can i cancel my order?
Item sold is not refundable. However you may change with other item.
